I have be taking pictures and more recently images since the early seventies. With the coming of digital imaging has made photography more interesting.

No longer do you have to worry about getting the exposure correct you now  with certain digital cameras you have the chance to see what you've just taken and change exposure thereby concentrating more on getting the images right in the camera and not relying  much on Photoshop or other software to help you.

Since I set this web site up a couple of years ago I have been expanding my portfolio to take in more subjects such as street theatre, which can include areas such as dancing, singing etc,etc, people, events.

The landscape image are improving all the time and I have sold some from the two exhibitions that I have at the moment.

This latest renaissance has seen me move towards a new level of interest where I am more discerning in what I want to achieve to the point of printing my own images and having exhibitions and also in my home county of Yorkshire.

The images you will see vary in my digital photographic portfolio reflecting my wide interest in photography.

They reflect both the landscapes of Yorkshire,Cornwall and Wales, along with architecture, animals, sunrises and sunsets,seascapes, street theatre etc, etc.

Though originally from Yorkshire,this is my second time living in Wales.

What I want to achieve on this web site is to give you the viewer a different approach to browsing images on a web site.

As you scroll through other web pages on your computer you will notice there are many sites offering you the chance to peruse their images and offer you the chance to buy one, not many will give a history/narrative behind the image to give you a better understanding of the area.
